The downloaded certificates can be accessed offline directly on the app. Additionally, SafeTapp enables you to conveniently upload historical training records, including certificate copies, via your mobile device, ensuring seamless synchronization with your BIStrainer account.

For instances where internet connectivity is limited, SafeTapp offers the functionality to download important forms from your account, allowing you to complete them offline and submit once online connectivity is restored. Any forms completed offline will be automatically uploaded to your account and marked as submitted upon reestablishing an internet connection.

Users possessing record validation privileges in BIStrainer gain access to enhanced features within SafeTapp. This includes utilizing the integrated QR code scanner to assess the status of certificates stored in BIStrainer – whether current, expired, or nearing expiration. Moreover, these users can leverage the QR code scanner to validate multiple training certificates simultaneously by scanning BIStrainer generated ID cards. Alternatively, users with record validation rights can opt to manually search certificates in two ways: 1. Using a valid combination of the individual's last name and BIStrainer User ID to retrieve their complete training history. 2. Using a valid combination of last name and certificate number to obtain detailed information regarding a specific training certificate.
